      10 WAYS TO LEARN SPANISH FASTER

      There is no tricks that will make you speak Spanish fluently in a day but these are proven tips that will help you learn how to speak Spanish confidently and in less time.

      1. Make it a daily routine

      Studying Spanish or any language once every couple of weeks is not enough to make you fluent. Accept that Spanish may not be the easiest language to learn, develop daily habits to smooth and ease the learning process. Consistency is key to learning any language, make it a daily habit, spend a few minutes practicing every day.

      Think about how it feels for you not to take your bath in a day. It feels wrong right? if you can adopt this technique in learning Spanish in no time you would start speaking Spanish like a seasoned professional.

      1. Find a language tutor

      Finding the right tutor to straighten out the rough edges in your learning process, the right tutor who would simplify the language and make it as learnable as possible. With the right tutor, a consistent routine and daily practice of few minutes everyday, this can greatly improve a learner’s speed of learning the Spanish language.

      1. Listen to Spanish music 

      Another great way to learn Spanish faster than normal is to listen to Spanish songs which their lyrics have been translated. There are a whole lot of them on Youtube. Music has a long lasting effect on our minds and thinking. Listening to a Spanish song and reciting the lyrics according can greatly improve and make the learner grab a hold of the language in a swift manner.

      1. Use learned words in real life situations

      Theres in an expression in  English: “Use or Lose it” which implies that if you do not practice an ability and use in daily life situations, you might end up losing. When you learn a new word in Spanish try to practice it and use it in sentences and say it a few times over the next week and you will never forget it.

      1. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes 

      Every successful person in life once failed at a point in their lifetime, the ability to get up and forge ahead is what makes them great and successful. In learning a language. Do not be afraid to make mistakes and mispronounce words. Remember Spanish is not your first language, the more you learn from your mistakes and correct them the faster and better you get at the language.

      1. Watch telenovelas

      Watch Telelonovelas and listen to how they speak the language, pay attention to their how they use the language. Make sure to watch Telenovelas in  Spanish that are translated to English for better understanding of the language.

      1. Use Google translate

      If you see something written or hear people talking, try translating into Spanish using Google Translate it would make your use more attune to your surroundings and then you can focus on the words you need to master and use them in sentences.

      1. Visit a Spanish speaking country

      It is not just enough to learn and practice, take a chance to visit Spanish speaking countries like Spain, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, etc., listen to the way the language is spoken, talk to the local native Spanish speakers to teach you how to pronounce some words in Spanish properly and give pointers, the more you listen and ask questions the better it gets for you to learn the language.

      1. Use flashcards:

      Another way to hasten the Spanish language learning properly is to make use of flashcards in form of words written on a card with their meanings or a mobile application on your phone that gives you a word or two to learn in Spanish daily.

      1. Read and practice

      The last and most significant aspect of your Spanish learning process involves a lot of practice and reading, the more you practice the better you get at the language, just as it is said that “practice makes perfect.” In this scenario a lot of effective reading and targeted practice can improve your Spanish learning fluency.
